Academy Style Program

Many tout an academy style program, and for us that means a player pool that typically exceeds the normal roster size, with the ability range within the pool to be extremely condensed. In other words, all players are exceptional and rosters for each game and tournament are small so that all players rostered for each event see significant playing time.
