Jaggar’s coaching philosophy centers around developing technically sound, confident, and intelligent players who love the game. Drawing from his experience as a high-level player, Jaggar emphasizes the importance of mastering fundamentals, understanding the game, and building a strong mindset.

Experience

Jaggar Brooker has had an impressive background as a player, making a significant impact at both the high school and collegiate levels. At Ohio Wesleyan University, Jaggar helped lead the team to 4 NCAA Tournament appearances. His individual accolades include NSCAA ALL-American, NCAC POY 2021  and a spot on the NCAC 40th anniversary team. 

Jaggar’s success began well before college. During his high school career, he helped lead his team to multiple titles, as in 2018, his team reached the State Final Four, and in 2019, they advanced all the way to the State Championship game. Individually, 2019 was a standout year as Jaggar was named First-Team  All-State. He was also selected as an United Soccer Coaches All-Region and All-American.
